2. RETURN & REFUND/REPLACE/EXCHANGE POLICY

   The following process is to be followed for initiating ‘replace’, ‘return & refund’ or ‘exchange’:

2. Go to ‘My Orders’ tab.

3. Select the Order which you wish to ‘return’, ‘refund’ or ‘exchange’.

4. After selecting the Order, three options will be available:

1. Exchange: Your order will be exchanged for a new identical product of a different size or color.

2. Replace: The product in your order will be replaced with an identical product in case it is damaged or defective.

3. Return & Refund: If the product of your choice is unavailable in your preferred size or color or model, or if it is out of stock, you may decide that you want your money back after returning the said product. In this scenario, you may choose Refund to have your money returned to you.

5. Thereafter, depending on the kind of product you wish to return, your return request may have to undergo a verification process. The verification process will include, but not be limited to examining whether the said request has been made by you within the time stipulated in the product ‘replace’, ‘return & refund’ or ‘exchange’ policy.

6. Following verification, you will be required to confirm your decision based on the category of product ordered.

7. Thereafter, you shall be required to keep ready all the requisite items necessary for a smooth ‘replace’, ‘return & refund’ or ‘exchange’ process — including invoice, original packaging, price tags, freebies, accessories, etc.

8. Pickup and Delivery of your order will be scheduled hand-in-hand in case of exchanges and replacements

9. Refund will be initiated and processed if applicable.
